Another winner from MVT! Grilled ‘calamari’ made from eryngii/king oyster mushroom, and served with a thai seafood dipping sauce which is really tasty as well. The mushrooms were cooked well. Mali Vegan Thai uses so many more
The Tom yum soup here is served with loads of mushrooms. It’s got a nice hot and sour kick, and was just what we needed for this cold evening. Besides this soup, Mali has a variety of curries that i’m keen to try soon.

Wowsers, this was such a beautiful dish! Steamed eggplant with veggies, crispy garlic and a yummy soy sauce. It’s juicy and fragrant and packed with flavour and so beautiful on its own, but goes well with a bit of rice too! more
I forgot to check on milk options, but i’m sure there are options. I’ll check again next time. Otherwise this is a standard black coffee, our favourite fuss-free option. #blackcoffee #coffee
