Very light and refreshing with the usual hints of fizziness and the fermented smell.

The meat subtitute had a nice chewy texture that went well with the mayo. But imho the spicy mayo tasted rather sweet for me, wish they could add more chilli sauce/oil in there.

It was fragrant, flavor packed, and very fulfilling! Their baked bakwan complimented the dish really well.
