At first it didn’t look like bacon at all, then I put it to the air fryer and the smell was really good. But I managed to overcook it and the sides got very crispy and tasted burnt :D

I don’t know why I expected it to resemble tuna, but the ingredients are only #peaprotein, salt and water.. And so it tastes like simply boiled #tvp mince 😃 Not sure if you should marinate or season it well to make it more
