Love having this mix of greens and tofu on a bed of brown rice. The tea wasn’t too strong but had a good flavor to it too.
On the sweeter side with a hint of gula melaka (not sure if it comes from the cendol we were also having) but love the chewy bits of black glutinous.
Guess it’s an innovative mix/offering. However it dilutes both the almond paste and red bean soup, which ended up cancelling each other /:
Think this is one of the standard desserts that is about the same anywhere. On the sweeter side with some bits of gingko and chewy barley
Huge chunks of tofu at the bottom with a good mix of veggies on top. It’s $15 but I think it’s not too bad! Broccoli and cauliflower still had a good bite to it. Generally on the saltier side.
A good mix of ingredients inside with some mock meat and tofu too. The thinly sliced ginger makes it all the more warming and the Bittergourd is still crisp.
The tomyum is on the sweet side—somehow too sweet for my liking. I requested to change the mock meat to tofu, and owner was kind enough to do so. Beehoon was chewy, which I appreciated!
Veg twist to a local dish but the laksa isn’t as strong. Not too spicy though and comes with some taupok. The beehoon is slightly chewy! Bittergourd is from another dish!
Very fragrant gula melaka, which got a little too sweet towards the end but it makes for a good traditional dessert.
Not insanely sweet unlike other dried mangoes but I find it not so fragrant as I expected. A nice little spicy kick towards the end after chewing.
