A classic snack originally from Brazil. It contains only peanuts, sugar and salt. One of my favorites. Although I didn’t know the brand DaColônia (bad name choice in my opinion), the quality of it is the same as of more known brands.
This nutritional yeast is very tasty. I eat it mostly with pasta. I believe it’s price could be lower, since it’s a side product of beer production.

Although coffee is almost always plant based, it’s possible that people working in coffee plantations are obligated to do labor analog to slavery.
The best fast/ready food option one can find in the supermarket. For less than 2€, it goes perfectly by itself, with rice or couscous.
