I picked this up because it was pretty cheap compared to other vegan cheeses I’ve seen and this might be the grossest thing I’ve ever tasted. It tastes like solidified oil in my mouth. I finished it only so I could say I tried it in every possible way. I tried it on burgers, in pasta, on a sandwich, melted into things - it failed every single time. In fact it probably made my food taste worst. The only perk is that is has added B12, but I’d rather take a supplement than put myself through this again. Will not be repurchasing this, but hopefully their feta isn’t as bad because I bought it at the same time :(
