I am excited for this. My 2nd plant based bacon I've purchased and it is surprising good and hearty.

I purchased this to put in a mushroom stroganoff recipe and it added a great creamy flavor.

I really like this brand. There's not that many dairy free cheese I've tried that I liked but this is a great alternative.
