Delicious banh mi! Tasty mushroom pate. Tofu was pretty thinly sliced, would have preferred it to be thicker so it wouldn't have broken apart so easily. The only qualm was that the potatoes took forever to cook so I'd definitely more

Very vibrant indeed! Fresh tasting and super healthy. Had some ingredients in there that I wouldn't have thought to put together. I really enjoyed the salad dressing too!
