Ahimsa is fast becoming my favorite restaurant in Singapore. I gulped this down within minutes, the almond mylk is a perfect match with the earthy flavour of beetroot.
Moringa and matcha make a fabulously unique combination for those with a taste for the delightfully bitter. It's evened out by the sweetness of banana, agave and oat milk.
I love the many moringa dishes offered at Ahimsa, it's a unique and versatile flavour. I wish the agave level was customisable because I'd prefer less sweetness but this was enjoyable nonetheless đ”
I love the variety of ingredients and flavours at Ahimsa. This was filling, spicy and flavourful, with generous quantities of scrambled tofu and spicy tempeh â€ïžâđ„ And at an affordable price too.
Strong astringence of eggplant - almost tastes like vinegar on the tongue. Still, it's enjoyable on bread/toast/pita.
The mint is a little too subtle for my taste and overall I'd reach for the hazelnut or cashew flavours more often but mint chocolate is always a winning combination and this is still really enjoyable!

As I've always come to expect, CBTL matchas are effectively nothing more than sugar milk, but if you're in a pinch and need a quick perk-up it'll do.
got this free with their meatfree bowl because it's Meatless Mondays! It's your standard soy milk, smooth and earthy. I didn't add any sugar.
