đ«đ· We eat a lot of porridge/oatmealđ„Ł as itâs so healthy for you especially when you add flaxseed, chia seeds, đ«berries, cinnamon, đ„walnuts, đbanana, etc. My partner always goes crazy and the bowl is overflowing with fruits. When you add all those healthy things it tastes delicious and has a great variety of textures and ticks off about a third of Dr Gregerâs Daily Dozen to keep you from dying. We donât normally eat Quaker Oats at home as we prefer an organic one from Aldi, but this does the job. #porridge #oatmeal #veganiseasy
