It's good, it has the sharp taste and creamy melty in your mouth texture. It's not my favorite Miyoko's I have had but it's definitely worth a try ! I'm really disappointed in what has happened to Miyoko getting pushed out of her business and I hope she gets some rights back soon. #miyokos #ditchdairy

beckyyy I love this one! Miyoko and the company have settled and dropped their lawsuits. It wasnât clear really what the result was other than parting ways. Miyokoâs statements on social media point to her moving forward w new projects but I do personally feel uneasy about it all. I have some cheeses in my fridge I bought at discount recently but Iâm unsure what Iâm going to do moving forward. She does have great tutorials online and in her cookbooks so we can support her in that way and recreate some of the magic â€ïž3 likesReply
littleredmushroom Ooh thanks for the update! Miyoko is such an inspiration. I have one of her books , I think it's called the Vegan Pantry! And I have made the cheeses from that and they are really good! I rarely have an opportunity to enjoy the products because I live overseas so I'm enjoying a few while I can đ3 likesReply
