Love love #love this #vegan #cheese. IMO, it’s the best cheese that I’ve had- vegan or otherwise. It’s so flavourful! My dad (who’s also “vegan”) always complains that vegan cheeses don’t have any protein in them… I’m like “girl, who eats cheese for protein?? And also, if you’re willing to spend more than $5 you can find cheeses like this which are actually very high in protein.” She’s a lost cause. 🙄
This is somewhat in between a soft and hard cheese. I was thinking it would be harder , more like a cheddar. But maybe I don't know what farmhouse cheese is 😂
It's good, it has the sharp taste and creamy melty in your mouth texture. It's not my favorite Miyoko's I have had but it's definitely worth a try ! I'm really disappointed in what has happened to Miyoko getting pushed out of her business and I hope she gets some rights back soon. #miyokos #ditchdairy
