The Christmas gift I received from my sister, a vegan bunny box from BunnyJames.com, included 2 pouches of Justin’s peanut butter spread. They can be seen in the last photo.

There are only 2 ingredients: peanuts and palm oil (sadly ubiquitous). Because of this, you need to knead the pouch so the peanut butter becomes creamy. I guess I didn’t follow this simple instruction well enough, so the first time I used this peanut butter, it was lumpy and hard to spread. This is evident in the photo with the banana. But I kneaded the second pouch much better, and the peanut butter came out much more creamy. See the other photo with the marmalade.

I like that there are only 2 ingredients, unlike many other peanut butter brands. This results in less sodium. But I don’t think the protein content is any higher, despite the apparent emphasis on the front of the pouch.
