I discovered this product on Thrive Market but it is available online as well. There are four little packets in the package and each one makes a quart of yogurt at a cost of two dollars or so plus the soy milk. Make sure to use plain, unsweetened soy milk with no other ingredients but soybeans or it doesn’t work. Shake the packet and box of soy milk together in a quart jar and cook for 11 -12 hrs in an instant pot. No cover on jar. Unvented ok. No water or rack in pot. It’s fabulous!!
