Nice for pan frying and more versatile. Amazingly it really has a 'fishy' smell when cooking. Unlike the golden fillet, this doesn't have the crispy batter, so texture-wise it's more obvious that this is a plant-based substitute. Allium-free.

These classic fish fillets from Omni are impressive; the flavor really resembles fish. The texture is nice. There are four fillets per pack - but they’re not the size of a sandwich fillet - they’re more like extra large chickun strip size. Really nice!
I purchased these as part of a promotion and shipping discount from GTFO It’s Vegan. If they were available locally for a reasonable price I’d repurchase.

Tastes like what I remember fish to be! A bit dry after air-frying; personally prefer the golden fillets which are crispier on the outside. Will try grilling these on the pan next! #veganfish
P.S: Buy these at the Green Common restaurant for cheaper prices! Only realised after buying from Fairprice Xtra @ Vivo lol

I like the taste and texture. It’s the only fishless fillet on the market that isnt battered (if you exclude the beancurd soy protein type of fish). It’s more versatile. Easy and quick to prepare from frozen I made it western style with zucchine alla scarpece and also in a hawker-style fish soup. Downside it’s expensive - $2 a fillet. Will buy again.
