Review of Omni Classic Fillet - OmniFoods by beesknee
I like the taste and texture. It’s the only fishless fillet on the market that isnt battered (if you exclude the beancurd soy protein type of fish). It’s more versatile. Easy and quick to prepare from frozen I made it western style with zucchine alla scarpece and also in a hawker-style fish soup. Downside it’s expensive - $2 a fillet. Will buy again.
