Baiye Tofu

The whole time I was preparing this, I did not realise that #baiye is basically #beancurdskin 😵 I have it cut up similar to #noodles thanks to a meal of unsolicited protein @waterlily and @misskittysfantadisco fed me some time ago 😫 I can’t go back! I’m a huge fan of knife cut noodles and then slightly undercooking it so I can give my meals more chew and pretend I’m a goat 🐐 🐐 You have just as much control in such a meal! It seems like there’s so much more I can prepare with this #tofu ala flat 🤌 I can’t wait to experiment! 🧙‍♀️
