The whole time I was preparing this, I did not realise that #baiye is basically #beancurdskin đ” I have it cut up similar to #noodles thanks to a meal of unsolicited protein @waterlily and @misskittysfantadisco fed me some time ago đ« I canât go back! Iâm a huge fan of knife cut noodles and then slightly undercooking it so I can give my meals more chew and pretend Iâm a goat đ đ You have just as much control in such a meal! It seems like thereâs so much more I can prepare with this #tofu ala flat đ€ I canât wait to experiment! đ§ââïž
