shmoopsify Pretty much everything, breakfast scrambled, adding to fried rice, curries, coating with Panko and air frying, making ricotta, pumpkin pie, the list goes on.7 likesReply
veggietable I love tofu! I enjoy it many ways. However, my go to is super easy. I will cut the entire block into cubes, toss cubes in seasonings and bake @350 F. on a parchment paper covered sheet pan for approximately 30 minutes (tossing at 15 mins). I gently squeeze out some of the liquid, but I donât bother to press, because the liquid evaporates while cooking. Then I have tofu bites to add to wraps and bowls for several days. 7 likesReply

walkabout-veg Lovely post! When I run out of plant-based yogurt I blend some tofu with unsweetened soy milk, lemon juice, and warm water. Then if I run out of probiotics, I use fresh red chilli stems on top of the mix as a starter. Let sit from 4 to 6 hours. And it is ready!5 likesReply
