When I bite into it I thought it was going to be hard but it was soft. I feel like it would be really good mixed with ice cream too.
When I heard that a store in New Jersey sold these I immediately reached out to my parents and voila they sent it to me. Oh how I missed these cups!
I started with a handful and now I can’t stop eating it. The maple gives it a sweet flavor with a nice touch of cacao. Really tasty snack.
Found this little treasure at Whole Foods Foods. Super excited cause I’ve been wanting some chocolate chip cookies but can never find vegan.
The juice is called “Beet it Better” because it has beets, apple juice and ginger. If you like ginger in your drinks this is definitely a very good choice.
