This is definitely my favorite yogurt! The consistency is not too runny but not quite as thick as Greek yogurt. The flavor is good but not sweet at all. I love to have this with fresh berries and pumpkin seeds.
I don’t remember exactly how animal-based chicken meat tasted, but these seem really similar (maybe even too similar). The taste and texture are great, and they have tons of protein. I like these on their own or in a wrap/sandwich. more
