Considering vegan cheese is always a little scary - this was lovely.

First bite had a bit of an after taste but past that it was lovely.

It melted really well ! Great for a toastie 🧀

Homemade Bread 🍞

3 cups of flour
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of yeast
1 1/2 cups of water

I can’t explain how goooodd this is !! Especially straight out of the oven.

As a former lover of Brie and Camembert , I had high hopes trying this cashew cheese.
