this #doughnut (the top one) was much larger than it looked. they nailed the cake doughnut consistency and texture without harming any animals. so why not for all their flavors instead of only 8?

this restaurant is actually called Raul's Shack. they have been in encinitas a long time. There are a few tables outside and a small indoor eating area. It is truly a shack.

Raul's is one of the few businesses in encinitas more

there are two vegan items on the special menu - #saagaloo & vegetable coconut curry. the #coconutcurry was amazing.
