Delicious!! Was pleasantly surprised at the taste of this. Jackfruit and mushroom in a light crispy batter. Texture same as prawn tempura and taste is great!!

It’s like mashed yellow split peas in a can and it’s an easier way to make dhal. I fry onions, garlic and chillies, add this and some water and it’s done.
