This sope was delicious! The thick cornmeal base was topped with seitan, cooked onions, pico de gallo, and fresh avocado. Great price, great flavor, great vegan place to eat in La Veleta in Tulum.

Delicious crispy breaded orange seitan. Served with perfectly cooked brown rice and broccoli. Very large portion and super filling.
