Delicious and a decent amount of kick. I find some pepper jack cheeses are kind of wimpy so there’s no point in even putting pepper in them. This has a noticeable kick but it’s not spicy.
Best tasting vegan cheese so far and melts about as well as all the others (So not the greatest). The taste is an easy 9/10. I think Miyoko’s is one of the best non dairy alternative companies out there.

One of my favorite dishes of all time! There is a lot going on flavor-wise. It’s is a complex and delicious dish. The cauliflower has a sweetness to it and the broth is just heavenly.
