A tasty tofu based main dish at this otherwise super meat heavy place.
The dish was prepared well and the vegetables were cooked really well. The smoked tofu is ok, but nothing super special.
The sauce is curry based more
It is awesome to see that Ströck adds a vegan Krapfen to their assortment.
The Krapfen tastes very good. It is funny how they try too hard to visually distinguish it from the traditional one, but I hope more people try it out.
This is likely my favorite silken tofu brand available in Austria. Unfortunately not as available as I'd like it to be.
It is amazing for scrambled tofu, sauces, deserts, quiches and what not, you name it.
Really cool project from Unverschwendet and Hofer to make spreads and products from fruits and veggies that do not meet certain standards and are about to get thrown away.

I caught the Jablonski stand at the Spittelverg Christmas market.
I've had this dish at Vegan mania before and as always it was awesome. Will buy again.
I think the dish was really great. I can't compare it to the think it mocks, as I've never eaten a goose before, but I think it stands on its own. It was really well made.
The biggest downside is that it was really expensive. more
