Texture is EXACTLY like salmon and the flavour is really good! Spotted it for the first time this week and had to give it a try. Not fishy in taste (not a bad thing), but really tasty and will definitely have again.

I cooked the beef style chunky strips in soy sauce and a dash of maple syrup, then added toasted cashew nuts. Absolutely love these strips, Great texture and incredible flavour
