This was a good vegan breakfast waffle 👌
Quite nutritious believe it or not, as the waffle itself contains banana and there are also gluten free options. 
Topped with bananas, peanut butter, ice cream, nuts and chocolate chips. Not the most fancy or wow your tastebuds tasty or creative 😅 (we can always whip this up at home). But when I'm on the road, it's a breakfast I would opt for 🤞
And I'm so grateful to Nosh for having so many vegan options available 😊

The rest of the cake and custard was just sourced from YouTube videos individually but the jelly was an original idea that actually worked out 🤭 using ingredients I already had 🤞 Thank Checkers for stocking these 😊

Mexican Bean & Avo Wrap

I loved the flavour combos of this one but I'll advise anyone with a weak output system to have this one for a late supper and not for lunch or breakfast 😅
I would definitely get this again though for the flavour 👌

Spinach, Pea & Potato Wrap

So I was expecting some baby spinach tossed in vegan butter, with roasted peas and roasted potatoes.. I don't know if you've heard of bhaaji 😂 but that is what it tasted like was in this wrap. Just an Indian herb curry. So it was not very innovative for me. Will I buy it again as an on the go meal - possibly (for nutritional value) but will definitely look for the other flavours first 🤞

Sunshine Wrap

This wrap was really unique when it comes to flavours. I was quite surprised at how well the cauliflower worked with the other ingredients and it tasted like an innovative slaw. I would not mind this as an on the go meal to pick up from any local garage quick shop or snack bar 👌

Recently I had the weirdest idea to try and recreate a cheesecake using Irene's dairy free Cream style Cheese. 
I just whipped up the cream cheese with some sugar, the cream from the golden oreos, and a tiny bit of Flora plant butter. 
Used the cookies for the base with some melted butter. Then whipped up some dairy free Orley whip cream and folded it all together with some lemon, vanilla and caramel essence. And omg it was amazing 👌 Even the non vegans at home loved it more than they liked their dairy versions 🤭

Do you sell any of your creations? Would love to taste them! 

Unfortunately not. Would actually love to look into that when I am confident enough to share my creations with the outer circle 🤞 Thank you for your interest in them 😊 If I do get to that point, I will definitely give you a shout 😁

Since going Vegan 1 year and 4 months ago and being Vegetarian for 2 years before that, I've spent quite alotta time experimenting with flavours, ingredients and recipes in the kitchen in order to keep myself entertained as well as fill in the gap of the flavours and textures of especially junkfood in the readily available market. Since then I've seen Woolworths and Spar really up their game in offering Vegan options. However Durban is still missing out on alot of these desserts and foods despite Cape Town and Jhb really bringing their A game for the vegan community 👏
So this is me bringing chocolate cupcakes to the table because the Queensburgh area is still very slow in showing up to the plant party 🤭🌱

Finally got my hands on the best "from scratch" Fudgy Vegan Brownies ever. I was blown away at how delicious this came out. Yet so simple to make 👌
Topped with some Simple Truth berry flavoured vegan ice cream 😍

Beyond Beef Burger Meal

Augusta Spur Steak Ranch

Who doesn't love a flavourful Beyond Burger but I was so disappointed with the size. It is drowning in that bun 👎
Also I'm not really a fan of that sweet chilli sauce. Maybe they could join hands with Woolworths for their plant-based cheese or mushroom sauce to complement the burger or their dry Frys Schnitzel. 
I hope they can improve on this asap and add more options to their menu like starters, smoothies or shakes and desserts 🤞

Layered Chicken-style Stack

Christmas lunch done right. It was the last one in the fridge at Westwood mall, boi were we lucky.. Sliced these layers of deliciousness and had it with the cheese style sauce provided, some spiced rice, salad and sauces (excuse the presentation, we were too hungry to plate up 🤭)
The flavour closely resembles what I remember McDonald's chicken wrap patties to be. Great flavour but there's a slight aftertaste, might have come from the cheese sauce, not sure but I love this.
