Ohhhh honey that stuff melts! Good to add on pizza or a cheese toastie, not the best eaten raw though. Think it’s better heated up.

Excellent! Nice and crispy on the outside, moist and goey on the inside. You can have it either with coconut cream and red fruit compote (pictured) or with maple syrup.
The whole cafe is plant-based!
