Excellent sandwhich! You can easily Veganize the sandwhich by switching the Halloumi with Tofu 😊

So very good! The roasted Brussel sprouts with the grilled tofu and quinoa with tahini go so well together. It has become my go to when I eat there 🤤

I found the noodles hard. Did not realize till after I got home that this was gluten free… the sauce and the peas are great but the noodles would use a lot of work. Wish there was a gluten version with regular noodles lol
