If you love coconut, this one is for you. I do like coconut, but that is the first flavor you taste. It is also the last, very overwhelming. I ate one and unfortunately didn't want another. Hoping the other flavors are better.

This is one of my favorite post workout recover supplements. Helps with muscle soreness. Also, is a little indulging because it reminds me of a Wendy's Frostie. I believe it also comes in orange, but I only get the chocolate.
