Lion's Mane has become a staple for me as a Crossfit athlete for recovery, as well as great brain and memory function. This is also fantastic for moods. Takes about 2 months to feel the difference.

The best tasting vegan protein powder I have tried so far, and I've tried a few....
So this tastes a little funny out of the packet BUT makes a divine toasted cheese and tomato! Melts like a dream and tastes great melted. I'll buy more for sure.
