Before going vegan I would always buy gummies to snack at the movies. Sour gummies we’re my favourite! So imagine my happiness when I found these a couple of hours before watching Spider-Man: No Way Home. Talk about good more

This Edam-style was a bit strong, I definitely couldn’t eat it on its own. But still delicious and creamy.

Sagamiya Food

I’ve already tried two other types of cheese from this brand and this one doesn’t disappoint either 😌 it tastes a bit strong on its own (due to fermentation), but as topping or filling it’s delicious and melts beautifully!

Alpro

I normally buy soy milk as it’s fairly widely available in Japan. But oat milk is actually my favorite 🥰 I was very surprised to find Alpro here! It’s quite expensive but worth it every once in a while. I only saw two or more

theandalusianqueer Do you have rice milk in Japan? I have watched several grocery stores video, and don't see any rice milk. Which seems weird bc they grow rice there1 likeReply
kmiiuke It doesn’t seem to be very common! I’ve only found it once, and it was imported 👀Reply

A new bento box 🍱 with turmeric rice, hummus, falafel, fresh salad (tomato, cucumber, onion and some greens) plus a side of tahini. Simple but yummy. Have I mentioned I love this place’s falafel? Well, I do! #veganisnotscary

There are a lot of soy-meat products in Japan. I read that this particular one has been on the market since 1980 😯 but I just recently found it and loved it! It expands well and is super crunchy, so I use it for chicken-like more

Dak-galbi is definitely one of the favourite Korean foods among foreigners. I haven’t had it in ages (since I lived in Korea and before going vegan so maybe 5 years?) so this was a great find 😊
