I like coconut aminos with some foods, I find it much sweeter than tamari or Braggs so I only use it in dishes where I want extra sweet
I eat a lot of tofu. I'm so not a fan of pressing it. This really doesn't need pressing, just dry it off. The texture is almost chunky so not good if you're needing a smooth tofu.
When you need a quick, healthy meal this hits the spot. I've had it several times and the rice always turns out perfect. It's solid
I used to struggle getting enough omegas in my diet. I added one tablespoon of this flax oil daily and am feeling much better. Not a strong taste so I just take it plain by the spoonful.
Sometimes it's all about the condiments. This one has some heat. I like to use it in tofu scramble, on roasted vegetables or add it to soup.
A healthier version of pesto. This didn't quite hit the pesto mark for me, but it is a delicious green dip. I'll be using it on roasted potatoes and stir fry. Wish it came in a glass jar I could recycle instead of single use plastic.
It took me awhile to understand the riced cauliflower thing, but I get it now. It drastically reduces your caloric intake (assuming you're replacing white rice) and boosts your nutrition. A bit tasteless but I like to more
Super yum. I suppose you could eat this with bread or pasta, but I like it straight out of the package. Just warm it up!
Another easy work lunch meal! Just heat and serve. It's tasty and filling.
So easy for a work lunch. Package says you can just defrost and eat, but I like to warm mine up. It's filling and tasty.
