These are really good. They taste good and have a good texture. I pan fried them and added steamed broccoli.
Although I've been vegetarian going on 40 years, being vegan was hard to stick. A few years back I started following the story of a calf, Mr Spock. A victim of the dairy industry, he was rescued by one of the sanctuaries more
These are so good! They are indeed mini cones, very small. Distinct coconutty flavor (which my son doesn't like so more for me!)
I've been hesitant to try these because I haven't found a packaged vegan ravioli that I liked, but these are great. We had them with trader joes vegan bolognese, but they'd be good in a cashew creme sauce or pesto as well. more
It's not really a pasta, but it can be used in place of a pasta in salads or as a wrap. Tonight I separated the sheets, rolled them up, coated in BBQ sauce and baked like ribs. Previously I've separated and sliced, marinated more
I had never seen this before so I tried it. It's OK. I cooked it in the oven, maybe microwaving it would be better. The vegies seemed undercooked and stood out too much. It's in the ready to eat section of trader joes.
These are so good! Coconut base but you just taste vanilla ice cream. 6 in a package, they disappear too quickly
I made stuffed shells with Kite Hill ricotta mixed with tofu, spinach and vegan parmesian. They came out perfect! Also good in lasagne. Next I'll try cheese blintzes!
Miyoko's does it again! I just mixed in pasta with her winter truffle cheese and some reconstituted dried mushrooms with some the liquid used in that and it's a meal.
My dog's daily kibble. She's a smaller breed so I like the tiny sized kibble. I also like that I don't have to subsidize animal cruelty and slaughter to feed her. And she likes it and is perfectly healthy!
