Ya. Pretty disappointing. I thought that they would stay together when sautéed. Nope. They are essentially patties, not “sliced sausage”. In order to get these guys to stay in a “slice” you would probably need to use more more

The Earth Grown shreds are never really shreds…. More like crumbles. I guess it’s fine, since that discourages my husband from grabbing a pinch to eat. More ends up in the dinner.

We love the Violife products. These shreds are able to satisfy even the most critical non vegan.

Great substitute for Trader Joe’s mixed grain and couscous packs.

Pretty good. This is clearly not trying to mimic beef hamburgers. It’s a good soy burger.

Should be making my own falafel, but this was a quick and easy meal main.
