excellent dish served on a hot plate with 3 folded tortilla's to make your own wrap. comes with 3 sauces : salsa, guacamole and the sour cream (we leave untouched as vegans). The dish is a bit spicy. Highly recommended

The tomato based sauce was nice and had a full taste, with some garlic and 🌶 chili.
The taste of the sausage was really good and the topping added a delicate fresh note. I went to Oasis, the price was a bit high compared to the small size of the sausage. Maybe at the food-truck they have a lower price setting ....
The taste of the patty combined with the gold vegan cheese , the BBQ sauce and the crispy onions makes it one of the best vegan burgers. They could work on the presentation a bit. Maybe put a little bit salad on the plate more
Padron Peppers as a starter dish ; it has a nice spiced taste and it is an ideal starter to go with a nice drink. Peppers are all green covered with a nice spice.
The taste was extremely good : all flavours coming together in a unique way: the leek was so well prepared, this restaurant is a top restaurant in every way
All the vegetables were cooked “a point” , like the french would say. This restaurant is a booster for vegans , it can not be better than this: delicious recipes and friendly staff in an amazing setting near the ⛷ ski slopes
