arjun04 Thanks for the comment. Yes it’s unhealthy but more because of oil than refined grain. Refined grain as name suggests lacks nutrients so eating only that leads to malnutrition. Eating in limit along with other foods that has nutrients is okay. There is research that shows both oil and refined grain will lead to permanent diseases when age and weight are already risk factors. So as long as there is regular exercise, healthy weight, meet daily nutrition requirements and of course not from animal cruelty and exploitation it’s okay to consume unhealthy foods in limited quantities and they don’t have to feel guilty or food shamed for it.3 likesReply
