Review of Pure Vermont Maple Syrup Dark Robust - Barred Woods by aqualing

100% Vermont maple syrup, an oldie but goodie🍁 Perfect to drizzle over some nuts and yogurt.
Made in small batches with care, it’s not overly sugary and has a distinct refreshing grassy/leafy mapley taste, a little goes a long way.
The company is a Vermont local and has been committed to preserving the land and forest. They signed a #conservation easement in recent years to maintain traditional forestry practices, e.g. logging and maple tapping, and prohibit any commercial development. It’s comforting to know the passion and dedication to their home base that are behind this cute brand (btw, the owl is real and is named Emma🦉)
