I was looking for something different to spread on bread for a change from my usual. It looks appetizing and sounded tasty but I am not overly keen I think the tomato taste is too acidic for me. However I don’t like wasting food so mixed it with some vegan mayo and used as a spread in some quesadillas with some veggies and it worked well.
