I only have nice things to say about V-Soy’s Low Sugar mylk, it’s a new addition to their roster and it is my favorite. It froths/foams like a dream, if you don’t have a steamer a frother will do ok (remember to warm it up first no more 60-65 degrees or it will burn/curdle). It’s also gluten-free unlike their original and multigrain flavor and cheaper compared to other plant mylks available at my grocery stores. #veganuary
Susu pilhan yang baik setakat ini untuk dijadikan latte. Rasanya lemak dan tidak try hard, ngam-ngam orang kata.
Sebagai bekas barista, saya juga menggunakan susu ini jika dulu ada permintaan latte plant-base. Ia boleh menghasilkan foam yang lebih baik daripada keputusan SPM saya dulu.
