Avocado Hummus

Hummus is love, hummus is life! Take something very simple like hummus and give it extra boldness, color and health benefits by adding an avocado and some spice.

Avocado Hummus

Serves: 6 - 10

Ingredients

  • 2 - 16 oz packages of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes and olive oil.
