They had a photo of a beef version of this dish in the menu that made me want to try this. Cool presentation, but I wish it had had more veggies. The tofu was good, but there was a lot of rice… the hot pot was super hot and stayed hot for an hour- hot enough that it cooked the rice along the edge of the dish which was actually kind of nice.
