I bought this box of Daiya Alfredo Mac & Cheese (and a couple other flavours) at Grocery Outlet some time last year. I can’t remember if the price was 3 for $5 or 3 for $10.
In my pre-vegan days, I didn’t eat much mac & cheese. But now that I’m vegan, I was quite interested in trying this vegan equivalent, despite the outrageous sodium and trans + saturated fat content.
I was quite impressed with the amount of sauce that was in the foil package. See the second last photo. Every noodle was very well covered in sauce after I mixed it in. The sauce was salty, but not as salty as I remember another flavour of Daiya Mac & Cheese being. Maybe it was because I mixed in some peas and plant-based / vegan meatballs to my dinner (not shown). This mix was really delicious, making this experience much better than my first experience. 
On the plus side, there is a lot of calcium and protein.
If the company would reduce the amount of sodium and fat in this product, I would be more willing to buy it again repeatedly. Until then, I’ll probably buy this flavour sporadically.
