AULAC TRADITIONAL NOODLE SOUP: FRESH RICE NOODLE, GLUTEN SLICES, SOY PROTEIN, TOFU, SERVED WITH BASIL, BEAN SPROUTS, JALAPENO, CILANTRO AND ONION.
Amazing dish especially on a cool day to warm up. The broth was rich in flavor and not bland. The “beef” soy protein was a nice addition since majority of the vegan pho I’ve had will not include it. Overall fresh ingredients and full of flavor. I will travel again the 4 hours just to have another bowl. #vegan #pho #veganpho
