Not an original dish, we know that. Anyway it taste good. The filling is simply made of turnips, I think.
It’s tasty and not too oily. It’s well fried, crunchy on the outer sheets and soft on the insides.
The sweet and sour sauce was the secret weapon, in my opinion, since it was delicious.
