Review of Old skool smash with veg patty (no mayo) at RocoMamas Green Point by catherinews

I ordered the smash burger without mayo and with caramelised onion. Our waiter suggested the BBQ sauce as an alternative to the mayo when I asked about vegan sauce options. I can’t say 100% if the BBQ sauce is vegan, but based on his recommendation and knowing Spur’s BBQ sauce is vegan, and that RocoMamas belongs to the Spur group, I was willing to have it 🍔

The veg patty is lovely and the roll soft and fresh. I also loved the caramelised onions! This was a super filling burger.
