I loved that @dafnelately and I had our eyes on this #stirfried gem 🤩 something that was made apparent when we both suggested it almost simultaneously ☺️

This was one of those rare moments when something tasted just like it sounded 😂 To be clear, that’s a good thing here 😉 The distribution of #bittergourd could’ve been a little more but quite frankly, I was still quite pleased as it was 😋 It seems they likely soaked them in salt water to remove most of the #bitter flavour 🤓 The #kuehteow reached the bare minimum #wokhei by my standards. Though, I’ll give good credit for how well seasoned and greased up it was 😛 especially on the dark soy sauce front 👌

RM6.90 is sort of the standard now, I guess 🫥 though, I still grapple with that reality in Kuching 🥲

It’s not something you find in every menu so I’d say this worth sampling #vegetarian or otherwise 😜 Just make sure to #veganize via #droptheegg
