I appreciate Rubio’s for having vegan options

I wasn’t too impressed by this dish but I also didn’t find it awful in anyway. I personally am not a “beef” flavored person so ground impossible tacos were a try to see if I enjoyed. If you enjoy “beef” tacos I believe this dish would have a higher rating for you.

I would order again if I was out in a pinch, or with friends.
